This is one of my favorite pipesmoke pictures. In fact, it's my current wallpaper! Beautiful Barbie Benton is so blissful leaning on Hugh Hefner's shoulder as he puffs on his pipe. To me, in some ways, this is the epitome of what 'smoke in her face' is about.
